Hey there, I’m Xena, a princess with a confident spirit. Despite my small size of 7 pounds, I’m a delightful addition to any home. I currently live with two kids, two adults, and a bunch of furry friends, and I handle all the activity like a champ. However, I wouldn’t mind being the sole pup and … receiving all the spoiling. I’m not shy about asserting my boundaries with other dogs, and I’m perfectly content when my foster mom finally sits down for some quality snuggle time on the couch. Although I haven’t met any cats yet, I’m pretty sure I’d get along with them just fine. I adore kids, especially when they shower me with pets. I’m fully potty trained and enjoy a little stroll around the yard after taking care of business. Snuggling in my crate with a cozy bed and warm blanket is one of my favorite pastimes. While I’m not a fan of long walks, a block or two suits me just fine. However, if you’re up for carrying me or putting me in a stroller, I’m up for longer adventures. As a senior, I have a few health issues like floating patellas and a slight heart murmur, but they don’t slow me down. I take Vetmedin, but in small doses, and I have a cataract in one eye that adds character to my adorable head tilt.
