Check out Scrappy! Scrappy was rescued from her previous home on January 8th. She and two other dogs had lived their whole lives on chains outdoors. Her previous owner says she is 16 years old. Despite never having a close relationship with people, Scrappy is very receptive of affection and likes … being around people and other dogs. We do not yet know how she will do with housetraining. But she is a sweet girl! Giving patience and attention that she needs, she will grow into and make someone wonderful companions!
