Promise

Promise is the most adorable velvet hippo you’ve ever seen. Promise is a 2-3-year-old spayed female staffie pitbull. Saved from the euthanasia list at Devore shelter, she is the truest example of the pitbull breed. Her story although tragic is all too common. Dumped at the shelter with scars … covering her face from obvious dog attacks and left to die, yet she is still nothing but sweet and gentle ready to shower anybody with love. And against all odds she’s still dog and cat friendly (has not yet been kid tested). However slow intros are always recommended. She is incredibly smart and has mastered potty and crate training and knows all basic commands. Promise is incredibly active with her adorable little legs she loves to play fetch with her foster siblings and will even take a dip in the pool. As you can see in her pictures she also loves her toys but nothing beats snuggles. With promise close is never close enough! Promise is currently with an amazing foster family.
