Phil is approximately 2 years old. He is micro-chipped, UTD on shots & going to get neutered & get his 1 year rabies shot in April. He is a Chihuahua mix who loves people, but does not like pictures. He has a tough guy scar above his eye, he says it’s from his younger, partying lifestyle days. He … has since changed his ways & would prefer a quieter home with an older person/couple.
