Say hello to Maverick! This handsome guy is Maverick, a 9-month-old hound/lab boy who has a long history with our rescue. This sweetheart was picked up as a stray when he was 4 months old, taken to a local shelter, then scooped up by us soon after! He was thriving in our care and eventually got … adopted! But, just last week Maverick was returned due to no fault of his own. He is now 9 months old and a big boy at about 50lbs! He is extremely smart and active, and unfortunately was given no training in his former home, so he is a bit rambunctious! Don’t let his puppy energy fool you, because this pup is truly one of a kind. He gets along with all dogs, loves to play and be around his people, and is really such a good boy. He deserves the absolute best final victory we can give him!! We promised Maverick that the rest of his life, would be the best of his life. Could that be with you?
