Say hello to Callie! Callie is a friendly 3-month-old girl in search of a forever home. Like her mom Lucille, Callie is a cute little low-rider. We aren’t quite sure what Callie and her littermates’ breed mix is, but their mom Lucille looks like she could be a corgi shepherd mix, and several of the … pups including Callie look Labrador. Momma Lucille, visibly pregnant, was left at a shelter by a family who didn’t want to take care of her or her puppies. It turned out to be a very lucky day for all of them however, because one of our amazing foster families heard about Lucille and made arrangements to go get her from the shelter right away. Lucille arrived to the safety of her foster home at 10 am and was delivering her babies by 2:30 pm that same day. Callie’s foster mom says “Callie girl is a very sweet little low rider with the cutest personality. She is very playful and funny. She gets along nicely with other dogs and loves meeting new people. She will give her forever family many happy hours and laughs.” Callie weighs 14 pounds. She is spayed, micro-chipped, and up to date on all vaccines and preventives, and ready for a forever family to bring her home. If you’d like to adopt Callie, please contact anytime!
