Tucker

About Tucker

We are overrun with many wonderful male Great Pyrenees! The shelters are packed with dogs people are returning since going on vacation post-COVID! For any new applications received from May 15 to June 30th, adoption fee is only $250 (includes neuter, distemper /parvo shot, rabies shot, heartworm testing, heartworm and flea prevention and USDA health certificate to travel.). These wonderful dogs desperately need you to give them a great home!! (Transportation fee of $225 is paid separately to independent transporter) “He is a classic gentleman.” Tucker is a friendly and handsome Pyr. He is a sweet, playful gentleman that enjoys being near people. He was rescued from a Texas animal shelter as a stray. Tucker was born around April 2016 and weighs 90 lbs. He is house trained, rides well in a car, walks nicely on a leash. He is friendly when meeting people, dogs and is fine with cats. He can be a couch potato, but also likes following you around the house. He appreciates getting hugs and pets. He is content to play with his toys by himself, enjoys playing with his foster canine sibling, and content to lay next to him too. He would do well in a family with older, considerate kids and a large laid back resident canine companion to hang out with in a nice yard. Any family would be very lucky to add this wonderful companion to their family. Complete an Adoption Application for Tucker today. All dogs and puppies require visible fencing. Adoption Fee: $250 (Adoption fee includes spay/neuter, heartworm test, rabies, distemper, parvo and health certificate for travel). Northwest adopters pay the cost of transport to independent transport service ($225). GPRS has proudly placed thousands of Great Pyrenees and GP mixes in the PNW for over a decade. Adoption, fostering, and donations are just some of the ways you can help a rescued dog. We have worked hard to cultivate a large network of volunteers to save this majestic breed.
