GENERAL INFO ABOUT PERSONALITY: Simba is really the coolest little guy. He’s house trained with the doggie door. He walks well on leash and does at least an hour walk a … day (which he loves) with his foster mom. He’s not a barker and meets other people and dogs nicely. He’s very friendly and polite! He knows his basic commands, “sit/stay, come, wait, okay. etc.” And he loves to cuddle on your lap. Simba gets along great with other dogs and has a big crush on his pit bull foster friend. He follows him everywhere and is always licking his face. Simba prefers not to be alone, and would probably love another doggy companion in his new home. He enjoys his nighttime kennel and can be found taking naps there during the day. Simba’s one and only draw back is that he’s most likely going into congestive heart failure. We have not gone through the diagnostic testing to confirm, however when he arrived he was displaying the symptoms for it. He does cough some, more so at night, but it’s 70% better now that he’s on his medication! If someone is happy to provide him the medication and care he needs, he’ll make someone a wonderful fluffy companion! – Activity Level? Medium. – Training Needs? Low. – House Trained?
