Lily

Say hello to Lily! Lily is a female, 1-year-old, Boxer. She is 54 pounds. Lily arrived at the shelter as an owner surrender and is participating in our Adopt From Home program. Here is what her owner has to say about her: “Lily is sweet, silly, and playful. She is the definition of goofy boxer … girl! She walks well on leash, does amazing on car rides and loves to sniff. She has the most adorable wiggle butt, and loves her people! Her favorite activities are chewing her antler and bully sticks, playing with her cookie treats before eating them, and un-stuffing her stuffie toys. She loves to play, and then cuddle up on the couch at the end of the day. Lily is wonderful, and we love her, but she will need to be the only dog in the home in order to thrive.” Lily will need an indoor home and a secure containment area to stay safe from wandering and escaping. Positive reinforcement, fear-free training will be needed. Daily exercise and mental enrichment will be very important. Lily will need a home without other pets.
