Hank

About Hank

NAME: Hank
AGE: About 2 years
WEIGHT: About 67 lbs (overweight)
BREED(S): Husky, heeler mix?
REASON FOR ARRIVAL: Owner surrender
GENERAL INFO ABOUT PERSONALITY: Hank is a sweet boy who loves to play with his ball. He really enjoys fetch, cuddling and playing with his toys. He also cannot resist giving you face kisses once he trusts you. Hank is a new arrival and so we are still getting to know him. He is supposedly good with kids and other dogs and his previous owners said that he is crate trained. Hank should not live with or be around cats because he really wants to chase them. Hank needs to lose some weight. He also seems to have a few “tender” spots when being touched so we’re not sure if he would do well with young, grabby kids. We will test him with other dogs and update how he does with them. Activity Level? Medium Training Needs? Medium House Trained? Yes. Leash Trained? Yes, but pulls. Comfortable with kids? Supposedly yes. Comfortable with strangers? Yes. History with other dogs? Supposedly good. History with cats? Not good, he wants to chase them!
