Ginger

About Ginger

Ginger is a 2-year-old mixed breed female (likely Lab mix). She weighs approx 55-60 lbs. Ginger was found homeless and pregnant on the streets of Mexico. She was rescued and moved into a foster home, where she had a healthy litter of puppies. Now that the puppies are weaned, Ginger is ready to find a family of her own. She is currently staying at a rescue shelter while waiting for her forever home. Ginger is a lively, outgoing, active girl. She has a real zest for life and is up for all kinds of adventures! She is currently attending obedience training to learn her commands and doggy manners – she’s doing great and getting A+’s at doggy school. Ginger gets along well with people and other doggies. She lives with many dogs at the shelter and does well with all of them. She is quite playful so an elderly or small dog might get overwhelmed by her enthusiasm. Ginger would be okay with older kids (age 8+). She has not been tested with cats. Ginger is spayed, fully vaccinated, dewormed, and flea/tick treated. She’s full of joy and love to share with the family who adopts her. PLEASE NOTE: There will be an additional $225 transport fee to have the dog transported to Canada due to COVID restrictions. This will be discussed upon approval.
