About Captain (SDF)
Any blue nose fans out there? Captain is the sweetest! He would be approved to foster-to-adopt with an approved applicant! Captain is so handsome!! He is around 1-1.5 years old and has lots of energy! He is 55 pounds! He loves to play all day and crash with his hoomans at night. Captain is potty … trained and crate trained! He is quiet & non-destructive in his crate and loves a frozen kong to keep him occupied. Captain knows basic commands and is very food/treat driven. If he sees a treat… consider it his! He takes treats very gently and listens well in his foster home!! Captain loves to play with other dogs, but use slow intros when introducing (always recommended). He would do best in a home with older kids due to his energy level! Captain would make a perfect addition to any family! The adoption fee is $500. He is up to date on vaccines according to age, has received proper deworming, and comes with additional dewormer if needed. This pet is microchipped, spayed/neutered, comes with 2-6 months of Heartworm preventative, and one month free trial of pet insurance if registered by adopter with insurance company. All animals receive a health certificate (stating that a licensed veterinarian saw the pet and deemed it healthy for travel, but is not a promise of perfect health.). Our transports are USDA certified and the cost of transport is included in adoption fee! He is currently being fostered in Houston, Tx but will be traveling to the PNW as soon as he finds his perfect home! Captain can be in your home by June 28th! Canadian adoptions cannot be approved at this time without duel citizenship or a work visa. Additional questions or concerns can be directed to: [email protected] Please be aware that questions or inquiries will not be answered unless an application is already on file for us to review. Out-of-town pets are cared for by non-local organizations who can make arrangements for the pet to be transported to your area.
