Buddy

About Buddy

This is a posting for L & S Dog Diggity Rescue. Currently in foster in Western WA., Buddy is a male 6-8 mos 40lb mix, and we are guessing on breeds (parents unknown). He is a semi energetic, affectionate, that is very grateful. Generally he feels comfortable with other dogs who are on the calmer side. We believe he is afraid of cats, so likely could work with humans doing appropriate training with a cat. He is a great companion for a semi active family with a secure fence, children over 10 years of age and likely another role model dog. Dog experience is recommended. He likes to lay near where you are in the house with his dog blanket. He is unsure of/afraid of cats. His owner dumped him on a highway overpass. He is an indoor dog. He will like walks, car rides, toys and dog beds. He will require daily walks and dog training once he has all his shots. No apartments! After we review your application we’ll contact you, and you’ll have the opportunity to find out more from their foster family or the rescue. If you experience any issues filling out the application you can contact us directly at [email protected] The adoption fee includes transportation to WA/OR. All pups and dogs are fully vetted, spayed/neutered, micro chipped, dewormed, have a negative heartworm test for all dogs over 6 months at time of transport, have a health certificate, and have all age-appropriate vaccinations. Some dogs/pups have additional medical, including but not limited to FHO, ACL, hernias, dental, and other vetting. All medical records will be provided to the adopter at the time they pick up their dog. If the adoption fees seem high (which never cover the true cost of rescue), we recommend fostering for a good rescue. Fostering ensures you incur no vet bills and no boarding fees while saving a life and enjoying the love of a canine companion. We are always in need of good fosters. This is a post on behalf of L&S Dog Diggity Rescue, headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, where there are over 350,000 homeless pets. We save homeless, abandoned dogs and puppies from being euthanized and find them loving forever homes in other areas, where there are people available to open their hearts to a rescue dog. You can contact us directly at [email protected] Thank you for choosing to adopt a rescue pup/dog. We firmly believe there is no breed other than rescue for all species. Thank you for being part of the village it takes to save these precious lives.
