This poor boy seems to have been abused by someone. Brownie is afraid of chains and still learning to get used to the leash. He will require someone who’s willing to be patient with him, but surely he will flourish once he’s in a loving home. His tail is docked and we’re not sure if someone did that or if he was born that way. He gets along well with other dogs and cats. He’s a really gentle and sweet boy and deserves so much love. Out-of-town pets are cared for by non-local organizations who can make arrangements for the pet to be transported to your area.
